Sparkman Cellars “Kindred” Red 2013

$17.99 (PA tax not included)

Loaded with silky Rubenesque Malbec and chewy Cabernet Sauvignon, Kindred is sourced from younger blocks in Sparkman’s premier vineyards.

Supple, richly textured but still light on its feet, the 2013 Kindred shows the beauty of Washington malbec as supported by a touch of Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Kelly and Chris Sparkman launched Sparkman Cellars in Woodinville, Washington in 2004 to focus on their family. With many years in the hospitality world, they felt uniquely situated in the midst of the Northwest’s extraordinary and booming wine industry. Winemakers, growers, restaurant folks and wine shop people all made up this community that they found compelling.

Their tag line is: Family. Good Livin’. Damn Fine Wine.
