90 points Wine Enthusiast. Refreshingly different, with a nod to the Alsatian wines of northern France. A fruity, floral white wine with a hint of sweetness that balances perfectly with spicy Asian and Indian foods.

Good wine pleases the human heart.” – COR Cellars

Born in Manhattan and raised in the wilds of Pennsylvania and Utah, Luke Bradford decided to move west for college. While studying sustainable agriculture, Hemingway, the ski touring and whitewater of Washington, he developed an interest in wine on a climbing trip to northern Italy.

After working harvests in Tuscany and in Sicily, Luke returned to Washington, and went to work for local wineries. Seeing the enormous potential in Washington fruit, in 2004 he planted a small vineyard in Lyle whilst setting up contracts to buy grapes from various sites in the state.

With a focus on whites from the Columbia Gorge and reds from the Horse Heaven Hills and eastern Gorge, COR now produces 10 wines, all of which play an integral role in COR’s translation of the Northwest’s wine story.
